 RETURNS POLICY

You can return any item purchased on www.christienicolebridal.com within 10 days of the delivery date from the country the item was delivered too. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used (washed, soiled, having a strong smell of cigarettes), altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item.

Orders within Australia

Please contact info@christienicole.com to request a Return Authorisation Number. Once you have received the RA number, fill in all the details on your RA form (included in the original package) and include this with your return.

Please note all customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns and exchanges. You will be charged an additional shipping fee for exchanged items.

Orders outside of Australia

EXCHANGES

Due to our pre-order model, should you be interested in exchanging the product please return it (following the instructions outlined above) and place a new order.

Merchandise returned by mail to our studio will be processed within 10 business days from receipt and once your return has been approved you will receive a refund for the original order placed as per the below details outlined in the REFUND section.

REFUND

In order for our team to accept the return, the product must be returned in the full condition in its original packing, undamaged, unaltered, not worn, with all original tags, accessories, and a copy of the purchase invoice. Merchandise returned by mail to our studio will be processed within 10 business days from receipt.

Once our team has approved the return, your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment and you will receive a confirmation email. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.

For orders within Australia, the refunded amount will be equal to the price paid at checkout less the shipping paid & any other incurring charges.

For orders outside of Australia, the refunded amount will be equal to the price paid at checkout less the shipping, import duties and taxes and any other incurring charges.

Incorrect or faulty items

All items are quality controlled to a high standard before dispatch, but if you receive an item that is not 100% right please contact us at info@christienicole.com with your order number and images of the fault or issue and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; failure to use in accordance with care instructions; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
